Spirit Release & Unattached Burdens
Sometimes, we carry energetic imprints that aren't actually ours. In Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFST), these are known as Unattached Burdens - foreign energies that can subtly influence our thoughts, emotions, or behaviours. They may drain our vitality or lead us into unhelpful patterns.
Through Spirit Release Therapy, we can gently identify, release, and clear these energies - while also healing the deeper emotional or psychological patterns they've become entangled with.
