I'm a registered psychologist with over twenty years of experience working with individuals, families, and organisations. My approach is integrative—drawing from the best of evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care, while also honouring the deeper, non-physical and spiritual dimensions of healing.
In my practice, I welcome all aspects of the human experience—from anxiety and burnout to mystical experiences and existential questioning. Many of my clients come to me not just for relief from symptoms, but for reconnection with their inner clarity, purpose, and sense of Self.
